you dont sell them stuff

they will give you money for your goods , lot less than they are worth

and you have to redeem them within a certain time , pay back what they gave you , plus his interest

if you dont pay it back in a certain time

they keep your goods

it is a place you can go to get a "loan" on your valuable items or you sell your valuable items to them. It must have a resell value on it.<not what you think its worth> but a for real value.

A pawn shop is a place where you can take your stuff and get a "loan" for it but only if it's something that can be resold by the shop... if you don't pay back the loan within a certain amount of time, the stuff becomes theirs... and yes, you can sell them stuff without pawning... one important thing to remember, they are out to make a profit, so they offer you a fraction of what your stuff is worth...
