  1. When I took ag-ed in high school, it was a very diverse class.  They taught us how to weld, how to build a bird-house, let us go through hunter education, and boating education.  We learned a little about how to measure land, and how to survey.  It probably all depends on the school you are going to, but if it is anything like that, it would be a great course to take just for general knowledge!

  2. Agriculture (a term which encompasses farming and ranching) is the process of producing food, feed, fiber, fuel and other goods by the systematic raising of plants and animals.

  3. It refers to farming, (crops and livestock).

  4. we define agriculture as the art and science of producing plants (farm & vegetable crops) and animals (domestic) for their economic value. For agricultural education you're going to study a bit of everything in agriculture...rice production, vegetable production, soil management, farm animals (hog, cattle, goat, quails, duck)...all these stuff..but i doubt you can take all of this in just a semester...i studied this for 4 years...

  5. It will be a very basic study including Agronomy (study of crops and soils) and Animal Husbandry (care and raising of livestock). It will probably will include topics such as organic farming and permaculture. Also horticulture or raising vegetables and fruit trees.

  6. like planting and farming and stuff
