Back on Topic: Blue Balls in reality happens when a man is about to ejacualte and all of a sudden the stimulation stops(if a woman does this, she is considered a total *****), the s***n goes back into the testes, and creates a dull pain. Also, another cause, is when Virgin boys refuse to m********e(usually High and Mighty Religious Fanatics), Because to them its a sin, and since there bodies natural way of getting rid of excess s***n, is a little late, pain ensues.

It's not a made up condition! How would you like us to say you gals are just faking all the cramping and such? When a guy doesn't have an ejaculation for a long period of time, excess sperm builds up. It can also happen if a guy gets really aroused but doesn't ejaculate.
