What exactly is going on with Brett Favre? I thought he retired .....

at the ESPY's i thought he said he retired not he's at a practice can somebody fill me in thankssssssssssss.

he did retire but he wants to play again so he got reinstaded by the NFL. He is reinsated with the last team he was on (the packers) and now the packers need to decide if they want him to start over rodgers or  to release him/trade him but for now he is a packer

I think it was strategy to skip summer training but that idea failed since they put the competition between him and rodgers
