What exactly is motivation, and how do you create it if there is none?

To me it is something that drives us to do what we want to accomplish.

Therefore, to create motivation, one must have a clear understanding of what his/her goal is.

If you don't know exactly what you want, it is very hard to get motivation.

We are actually totally in controle of our motivation,so don't wait for something'out there' to motivate you,get off your butt and do it!
