In my little redneck town, there is a little redneck bar and every New Years Eve a little redneck guy runs in the front door and out the back buck naked.  That is streaking.

Streaking is running completely naked through a public place. It can be very funny, but also very expensive if you're caught and fined. (This happened at a football game I went to at the start of the year... the guy made it to the other side of the field and back again before the cops tackled him. V.funny but not so much if your kids are there!).
