Question:

What exactly is taboule?

My mom bought some for me and I cooked it up. I haven't eaten it yet though, I just wanted to know what type of grain it was and how many calories are in it. A guesstimate is fine... On the box though, it didn't exactly say how many calories were in it.

Any bit of information's appreciated.
