What exactly is the Evo Advantage tour?

Evo Advantage - Kansas City National Tour- Is it a race? Is it a one day driving school? Is it a car show? I get that they are teachers, but this isn't a phase one, phase two, ect... thing, it just says evo tour. The others say phases' and what not.

It's actually Evolution Performance Driving School and , it's an autocross driving school. The day you are talking about they're having phase 1 & 2 programs. Go to www.evoschool.com for more information.
