It's the video in Rebel F's link.  It's also a video that, if you switched "boy" for "girl," would suddenly seem sexist to almost everybody, but sexism doesn't work in reverse, so...

It is "The powerful social and economic change brought about when girls have the opportunity to participate in their society."

It's not about sexism or putting boys down.  It's just about starting to realize that girls in developed countries are just as valuable as the boys there, and starting to give those girls the opportunities that the boys in those countries have always had.  When this huge segment of the population is finally given the fair chance that they have always been denied, the world could conceivably change for the better.

girls demand to be able to join all boy clubs because there "better" and more powerful but retain there own gender specific clubs. Then after time slowly push boys out of the original boy clubs and prevent them from forming new clubs.

The end result boys are left without a place to go, become demoralized and revolt...
