I have a Windows XP system on my computer. Recently, I've tried to visit websites that I normally go to. However, I am having a hard time accessing those sites. Everytme I go to them, I get a message saying that the site cannot work unless I download OverLIB 4.10 from HIDEFORM PLUGIN. I'm not sure what that is or how I get it installed on my computer. Can you please tell me how to do this?

  1. Clearing the computer's cache and cookies can help you correct this issue. If you are using the Internet Explorer, try these steps:

1.Click the START button on the lower left portion of your screen.

    2. Click RUN.

    3. Type INETCPL.CPL in the long white box and click OK.

    4. Click the DELETE button under the BROWSING HISTORY section.

    5. Click the DELETE ALL button on the lower portion of the new window that appeared.

    6. Once done, you can click the ADVANCED tab on the upper portion of the Internet properties window and then select the RESTORE ADVANCED SETTINGS button. Click OK.(applicable for IE 7 users).

If you are unable to perform these steps, it is possible that you are using IE 6.For more information, visit the Microsoft site for complete and detailed info: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/...

  2. Do you have "Joomla" because the problem could relate to that

  3. Try deleting all of your internet cache

    It's usually a caching issue.
