  1. NO idea

  2. Bruce Lee changed the way that asian martial arts are taught pretty much around the world.

He took Wing Chun from being a semi-secret art and taught westerners outside China.  Then he became popular through the Green Hornet tv show and his movies.  During this burst of popularity, he began to realize that Wing Chun had limitations against certain opponents - namely larger, stronger Americans.  So he began to study western boxing, fencing, grappling, and kali arts.  He integrated these arts into a personal expression of combat called "Jun Fan Jeet Kun Do".  The philosophy of JKD as he taught it is that every person will interpret their martial art in a personal way, rather than molding themselves into the form of the instructor/ master.  His idea of mixing martial arts and only taking the parts that he found useful offended a lot of traditional teachers, but ultimately (as you can see with the popularity of MMA) has been popularly accepted.

The "Bruce Lee Legacy" is how he changed thinking about martial arts (he wasn't the first to integrate disciplines, but he was the most popular).

    Hope that helps.
