To study engineering in the US, you must take the SAT exam, which is the general university entrance exam, and you may also need to take some SATII subject tests in things like math. In addition, if you were educated in a medium other than English, you must take the TOEFL.

But beyond the regular SAT and possibly the TOEFL, what other exams you need - which SAT subject tests, if any - will vary by university. So check the web pages of the universities that interest you to find out what, specifically, they require.
