What exatly is the vital status of a women?

like if it is 36-30-32.what does it mean?

Vital statistics.  Chest--waist--hips measurements.

36-30-32 is the bust - waist- hip measurements of a womans body.  i think the "ideal" measurements are supposedly 36-26-36 but personally i don't think thats all that attractive.

You'd think vital stats would be things like heart rate, bmi, etc. You know, overall health and not body measurements. Then again size does matter despite what some say.
