What excercises are good for but toning, I dont have much of a butt, but what I do have isnt toned?

Id like it to be hard and more pronounced, no flab, thighs too even.

What excerise, and how do you do it.

  1. Eating lots of bread and carbs will get you a bigger butt and bigger bust.

    Make sure you are eating good carbs like whole wheat, not plain white.

    For exercises, you can just do leg raises while laying on your side. That will help your outter thigh.

    For inner thighs, put a ball or resistance between your legs and squeeze or close your legs.

    For quads (front thighs), do squats with some weights.

    For your hamstrings (back thighs), just walk/jog and lift your heels up high almost touching your butt and you'll feel it.

    Will definitely get you toned.


  2. Squats.  

  3. Run. A lot. 4 to 5 times a week.

    To that, add squats, lunges, and deadlifts.
