What excercises should I do to burn fat in my legs without making them muscular??

I'm talking about my upper legs. I don't want huge bulky legs. I just want to burn fat.

  1. Running or jogging will slim you down without building bulky muscles.

  3. unfortunately, you cant control where you lose weight. but if you eat healthy and run/walk more, they shouldn't be fat.

  4. Swimming is the best exercise for trimming huge bulky upper legs.

  5. just plain old walking every day for 2 miles

       walk it fast. you will be amazed.

    you will have skinny legs not muscles

  6. You Can do jumping jacks, jump rope and/or going running every 3 or 4 days a week.

    and just plain running and walking will help mostly too. and watching what you eat always helps. you can exersize all you want but if you still eat like a pig you wont notice anything.

  9. You force your body to use its stored reserves of energy in the form of fat by reducing the amount of energy foods that you consume.  Don't add sugar  to your food or have sugary drinks and no fried foods and keep the carbs down too.  Eat plenty of fruit and veggies and drink water.
