  1. Situps after about 6 weeks, but right after pregnancy you can walk, jog, do lighter excersizes.  After 6 weeks you are home free.  I lift my baby in sets of 20 to tone my arms and then I lie on my back and put my legs up bended put baby on them(hold him of course) and lift my legs up and down to tone my legs!  He has a tone of fun doing this and I get my excersize!

  3. how soon after pregnancy are you talking about one thing too remember though is that it took your body 9+months too get that out of shape just do not become too upset if the pounds don't just melt off

  4. crunches for the ab muscles and running for the cardio   and the great part is its all free and you can do crunches while baby sleeps or plays on floor with you and run with a stroller around the neighborhood.

  8. U should discontinue weight reducing exercise during pregnancy. However u can opt 4 light exersises, n dat too wid ur doctor's advise.
