What excersises can i do to get into better shape?

I have an awesome body i am in shape i just need so quick toning any tips?!

  1. Get a membership at the gym and all the machines you see use them.  That will start you off and get used to some weight and then once done that you can get a trainer to help introduce exercises that would suit your needs.  Most important of all is your diet, you can eat anything you want in my book provided you put in enough effort at the gym to balance the fatty foods you eat.  If you're not hitting the gym having a good diet is really important because you're less active so you got to eat the right foods
