What exchange rate percentage does cuba charge?

I know that there is a 10% surcharge for american dollars, but if I take euros to cuba can I expect to get the same rate at what I see on the computer? for example

595euros = 902 CUC, but what additional tax is charged? Just want to bring sufficient funds!
