  1. Bicycling may just build muscle for some people.

    I would suggest yoga, but give it time. Not only will it tone your legs, but it will take care of the rest of your body!

  2. you might want to try running it is way more efective then cycling in my opinon cause when i cycle my legs are never tired or sore the next day but when i jog\run they are always sore the next day
