lol i'm 20 and have always been a slim build, i started to get a beer belly and man b***s, the belly is going down with various exercises but what is the best exercise for getting rid of man b***s?

  1. Obviously diet is very important. As for exercise, working large muscle groups burns the most food energy... so therefore has the best chance of burning the most fat. For men rowing, running and bike are the top three fat burners when performed as interval training with active recovery... for at least 30 minutes. Weight lifting also burns fat because of the energy expended in repairing and growing muscle mass... do lunges, squats, deadlifts, bent rows chin ups, push ups.. these work the larger muscle groups.


  2. diet and exercise are the obvious answers. focus primarily on the pectoral area.

    also, if you've always been slim i would suggest seeking advice from your doctor.  slender males that exhibit gynoclymastia (sp?) i.e. manboobs are often diagnosed with hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid).  it's worth getting checked out....besides, I'm sure you're doctor will be able to tell you the best way to get rid of the extra weight in your chest.

  3. Basically you are going to need to change your eating habits. People think that exercise will solve all their problems but they can eat 3 double cheeseburgers a day.

    Yes after you change what you eat and slash the number of calories you put into your body, cardio like walking, and weightlifting will get rid of the flab.

  4. well cardio is very good for that as it burns fat all over. But also do bench press so that u could sculpt your chest and get it in good shape. Do less reps with heavy weights to build more pectoral muscle.
