What exercise should I do daily to keep me fit?

After school, i just sit and go play computer. I want to be healthy. I am a slim person though. What exercises could I do to keep myself healthy? Any Exercise Programs?

  1. The best general fitness excerise is undoubtably swimming. But its an effort that not everybody is prepared to make. The next best and simplest is walking. It takes up time but depending on your speed it is useful when done properly.

    There is more to walking than speed or distance. Practice walking gracefully by placing your feet in an almost straight line, in a slightly V formation, they don't have to be straight. Swing your arms and breathe deeply in time with 6, 8 or 10 steps.


  2. run/jog, Situps, PUSH-UPS (greatest exercise ever invented)

  3. Cardio always helps.  Running, treadmill, stationary bike, etc.

  4. Any exercise will keep you healthy. It all depends on how energetic you are you could go for a walk, join a gym or do some aerobic classes

  5. today just started walking then add sit ups push ups jumping jack  

  6. Do a good variety of excercises. push ups, sit ups, go running, take a long walk, anything that will get your heart rate up for a while will make you feel a lot better.

  7. Do either 50 sit-ups or crunches before you go to bed or when you wake up
