What exercise you need to do to make your shoulders muscle?

im 5'6 and 150 LBS im trying to make some shoulder's muslce any1 have any tips that can share with me!

  1. The best exercise for your shoulders is the military press.  You can use either one barbell or two dumbbells.  Sitting in an upright position, lift the weight(s) directly over your head, then bring it back down to shoulder-level.  Repeat.

    Regarding the proper weight to use, you should be able to do 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.  If you can do 12 reps on your last set, you need to add more weight.

    Once you start building up your shoulders, you should start doing shrugs - that will build up your trapezius muscles (behind your neck) - it's a nice compliment to the shoulders.

  2. Lay down on your stomach and put your arms out like a "T" shape with your thumbs up. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and raise your arms. Do this 10 times at first, then slowly increase. Another on is the same, but put your arms in a "Y" shape. finally, the last exercise is the same type, but put your arms right next to your head. Hope this helps, if don't understand e-mail me.  

  3. your trying to make your shoulders muscle? you mean make some shoulder muscle ha. if you have weight hold the weights down at your side and raise them up in front of you or to the side raising them to about 180 degrees to eachother. or if you dont have weights just hold your arms straight out to your side are long as possible
