  1. How long ago did this occour? Are you past the simple range of motion exercises? Are you seeing a therapist? If youre not seeing a therapist just try to do exercises for awhile without any weight doing simple range of motion exercises.


  2. pushup while sitting, rotating shoulders while holding elastic bands, and low weight pull ups.
