What exercises can I do so I can swim further?

  1. pullups, bench, dips, sit ups, squats, do plyometrics if you want to swim faster.


  2. running on a treadmill or just running anywhere.  ive heard the more u run, the better shape u get in.  the better shape u get in, the further u can swim.  and dont smoke cuz swimming far u need ur lungs!

  3. I dont really like distance swims either... but i still have to do them... Running a lot helps with endurance. Stretching...basic dryland stuff. What i do is when i go to the pool (not swim practice...but just for myself) I swim meduim speed of as far as i can go, then rest...sorta like that
