Ok I'm about 5'5 or 5'6. I'm not sure at what my weight is. Around... hmm.. maybe 150-170. I wear a size 13 in pants. My bra size is 38C. My stomach is like a small pub. And I feel fat. I have hips and thighs and buns and all that... But Im trying to slim down a bit ya knoe? To create a new [fall] look. I want to have a six pack and tone down a bit. Maybe to a size... 9, 10, or 11. What exercises can I do to reach my body goal? If you dont have any positive answers then please feel free to move on! I dont want to order any books or anything. I consider myself strong. I can life 30 lb. dumbells without hesitation but its the arm stomach and hip section. WITHOUT LOSiNG MY BUTT!!!! or at least toning it. Lol. Also... What about cellulite? Can I lose that? Please Help!
