I'm 15 years old, 5'8" and 165 pounds. My doctor told me that I'm not overweight but I still have some extra fat that I'd like to lose, especially around my stomach area.
I have a treadmill, but it's manual not automatic, so I can't really run on it, plus it's a bit harder to use. I don't have any other exercise machines, but I do have one of those large exercise balls and a yoga mat.
I'd like to go jogging outside, but I'm afraid that people are going to look at me.
I used to be 170 pounds, but recently lost 5 pounds from eating a bit less. I want to lose just 20 more to kind of speed of the process. What exercises can I do at home to help me lose those 20 pounds?
