  1. Crunches

    tuck jumps

    seals

    push ups

    tricep push ups

bumping/setting the ball up and down the court

hitting the ball against the wall

    stairs

    hitting the floor

Just do excercises that simulate things you do in the game trust me it works thats what i did when I broke my leg last year to get ready for this season

  2. run a lot

  3. sprints sprints and more sprints, try to do windsprints everyday about 3-5 sets 15-20 sprints per set.  To mix things up do a block jump before a sprint, or start on the ground before a sprint, BTW aerobic exercises do not really help in v-ball, volleyball is about quick anarobic movements, sprints would be much better for volleyball than say running 2 miles.

  4. ladders - that's what my coach used to call them anyway. It's when you start on the back line of a Vball or BBall court and sprint to the next line painted on the ground, touch it and then bak to the baseline. Then you turnaround and go to the line past the one where you were before and back so you're always going nad never stopping. You could also practice passing the ball back and forth with a partner or by yourself could practice your serve.

  5. Some things you may want to do is this:

-Run about a mile twice or three times a week.

-ALWAYS lift weights...while watching TV or even just reading a book...LIFT WEIGHTS! It will help you with your upper body strength to help those serves and spikes KILL!

-Practice passing, setting, and spiking against a wall with any free time you have...it really helps!

-Go to a school gym if possible and practice serving and any other skills. Try to bring a friend, the more the merrier, right?

Well, I hoped this helped...You can also go to

    for more drills.

  6. Squats

  7. Push ups, sit ups, running, and calf lifts.

  8. Well we do crabs, shuffle steps, lunges, 1 mile a day, jump roping, and we lift weights for arm strength...:)

  9. Im guessing anything that works with agility or endurance.

  10. I heard push ups help.
