What exercises can i do for football to condition me.?

im 13, 6ft 1in and 190 pounds.

i tore some muscles in my thighs and groin 3 weeks ago and are feeling better now. im wondering what i can do to condition me and help strengthen my muscles in those spots. so i can start running at full speed again.

i play d-line.

  1. This has nothing to do with your question but how long do you have to leave tapers in before you can put in plugs?

    Because tapers are really noticable but plugs are if there small and you dont get the tube kind.

  2. Squats, Leg extensions, Lunges, Weighted Lunges.

  3. Have yor parents consult with a doctor who is certified in sports medicine.  Otherwise perminent damage can result.  don't rush your body. Your mind may say i'm cured, But, torn muscles need to heal properly. Other option, surgery. Consult a doctor !
