What exercises can i do to improve my balence?

I am physicaly fit and strong for my age i can bench double my weight and I am our 1st string JV running back and our anchor in our 4x100 team. Although im physically fit, I feel I need to improve my balence because when i parkour i have trouble with simple tricks.

  1. you drink milk and walk on a balance bean 2 times a day it helps you if you do it for about a month


  2. Yoga, helped me alot.

  3. u should get an indo board those r great i use mine like everyday and when u get good you should try some tricks or sometimes i swing a baseball bat or play guitar while on it i also dribble a ball or have my brother throw c**p at me (not like hurting me but just so that i have to like balance to absorb the shock and not fall off) i think that something like that would be good for u especially if u play u play football
