  1. Any cardio exercises will make you lose body fat. Power walking, jogging, running. And watch your fat caloric intake. Read labels, look at the calories from fat, if the number is high, put it back on the shelf. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and don't eat any later than 6 pm.


  2. Usually running makes you lose a lot of weight, but what is your reasoning against gaining muscle? Having muscle on your body helps keep weight off, makes you stronger, and you will look a lot better. In addition to running I would lift some weights, even if they are not heavy just to get some tone. Oh yeah and eating healthy will help too.

    you burn way to many calories doing them to gain any real muscle.

  5. Basically any exercise that you use to gain muscle, but do more reps with less weight.

    You'll still gain some muscle but not nearly as much, and the main emphasis is fat burn and muscle "tone" n so much getting bigger.
