What exercises or lifts will increase my punching power and speed?Primarily the hook,jab,and haymaker punches,and elbows.

    this is one tuff workout if you do it right,i do it but i will work on one punch then another

    such as left jab,right jab,left hook,right hook,left uppercut,right uppercut

  3. first of all haymaker punches are stupid and don't work with a trained boxer. as for any kind of punching you need to work on proper technique which you can do at a boxing gym with a trainer and secondly work on your core muscles
