What exercises should i do if i want to firm up my butt and thighs? ?

i am also interested in firming up on my triceps. i just want to tone my arms. i don't want to be super muscular. what do you suggest?

  1. Squats, lunges,  dips and planks for good measure


  2. Squats and lunges are awesome for your butt and thighs.  You can also add some weight when you do them to make them more challenging.  For your arms I would do tricep kickbacks.

  3. squats, lunges, scissor kicks, jogging, and cycling are all great for those areas! best of luck!

  4. run/walk everyday. and lift weights
