What exercises should i do to make my butt, thighs,and my waist smaller?

ok so i need like a daily routine and i would prefer if it used a trampoline,jump rope, and squats

1.so how long should i stay on the trampoline a day?

2.how many times should i jump rope a day?

3.how many squats should i do a day?

oh and how many glasses of water should i drink

  1. You need to make a routine to fit your schedule.

    Squats will tone your muscles but will not slim you down, you need to

    add an aerobic exercise so your legs will be slimmer. When I used to body build

    12 repsX100lbs

    10 repsX125lbs

    8 reps X145lbs

    4Xs a week.

    Try leg lifts with ankle weights, this will tone your legs and slim your tummy.

    Jumping rope is good, I never did it I rode a bicycle for 10mi each day.

  3. well idk about the trampoline. But as far a jump roping its not how many times but for how long... you should try to jump rope for five mins straight and do another exercises in between repeat that about three or four times a good work out should at LEAST be an half an hour long.

    Also running up hill is REALLY good for you're thighs so that could help so instead of jump roping you could do that one day... & squat in between jumping rope or running.

  4. 8 glasses of water p/ day or more if needed

    20 squats (1set) with dumbbells x3 wait a minute between the sets, then do them until you cant' anymore.

    Lay down with you eyes closed for 10 minutes and control your breathing, then run slow and every 20 seconds increase you pace until you have a sustainable pace for 15 to 30 minutes.

    Rest again

    And jump rope for like 7 minutes (it's harder than it looks) then rest for 3 minutes and use the trampoline as much as you like.

    Don't forget to stretch before and after.

    Take a nice bath and your down :D
