Nothing really. Astigmatism (a condition which requires cylindrical correction by spectacles or contact lenses) is because of the shape of the cornea. No exercise is going to correct it. LASIK can reshape the cornea, if you have a particularly bad astigmatism and your vision is not being satisfactorily corrected by contact lenses or glasses.
