  1. pullups. they are the most difficult and rewarding upper body exercise. do 3 sets of as many as you can every day. You will feel and see a difference after just a couple of days. If you keep it up, you will be amazed at the difference. Don't worry about your legs so much. Everyday activities like walking and climbing stairs is enough. Focus on your arms.

  2. Try stretching well before going, that will help you endure longer sessions without getting tired quickly.  Some dumb bell work for bicep and triceps as well as shoulders will also help.  I cycle and that is great for conditioning my legs to go for longer sessions.  Technique would help you a ton as well.  Try and hold the handle close to your hips, takes less effort than holding your arms extended.  Plus will aide your progression into intermediate to advanced tricks.  And ride more.  Riding will condition you muscles.  Oh, and did I say stretch?  That is key.....  Keep at it, you'll get stronger.

  3. squats are really good and you can get a dumbbells and do some curls and you will get stronger every time you go out and practice on your board

  4. well i just gort used to it and now i can go around a big lake about 5 times.  But thats just me. You should join a gym and do a lotof bicep-triep exercises.
