  1. Stretching your arms and legs with these yoga-like positions I use in my pool.

    1.In the water,cross your arms in front of you(you can be standing or sitting.Then bring them out of the water as you are uncrossing them.They will be straight up.

    stretch your arms up as high as you can.Your hands and arms will tighten.

    Hold for 15.

    Slowly bring both arms down to your sides,stopping at 5 different places and holding for 5.It should look like you are unfolding a fan.

    Let your arms slowly fall into the water,cross each other and start again.

    2.raise your shoulders,pushing them back,down and back to the front.

    Legs-make your ankles strong.While sitting,bring your foot back,hold for 10.Then do the other foot.
