Question:

What exersie?

iam looking to come out of a rut..

i need a sport or exersise

\i dont know wich one

iam 13 and have never played organized sports

have short legs and flat feet

iam 5ft3 and 110lbs

and iam better at sprinting the long distance

Please help :)

  2. You might want to give skateboarding a try, sure it can be painful at times but one you get over that its really a great exercise. The thing I love about it the most is there's no rules you can do what ever you want. You can do it with friends or just by your self out in the driveway, sidewalk, road, skate park, or even build your own skate ramp if you choose.

  3. Try sports out and see what you can find an interest in.

    What sports do your friends do? Try out what they do e.g. if one of them goes to Judo, ask to go along one session and try it out.

    You might be good a sprinting the long distance but if you don't enjoy it then why do it?

    My sport is golf, I love the challenge of the game and the whole social aspect. And if you think it is boring then try it out. It grows on you, you just need to give it a chance.

    Everyone is a professional at some sport or game (its just finding the game that is the hard part)
