The question I've posted was actually the question given to me by my teacher. I'm having a hard time finding/thinking an experiment for it because this is my first time to do an Investigatory Project. Help me please. Please include to your answer the materials that will be needed and the procedures.

  1. fry an egg on a hot sidewalk

  2. use beet root cylinders taken out with a cork borer.wash them carefully and measure there initial length-al shud have same length initially and must look alike.then treat 2 cylinders each at freezing temperatue ,room tem, and boling water for 1 hr each.for boilng water, only use 5 minutes otherwise u know waht will happen.then keep them each in different concentrations of sucrose.

u cn note ur observation in two ways-by a spectrophotometric observation of the resulting solutions after 1 hour or change in length of cylinders after one hour.

  3. Have a cylinder of water.  Suspend a plastic bag in the water.  Inside the plastic bag have a solution of sugar water, noting how much sugar and how much water went into the solution and the total volume put in the bag.  After the bag has hung in the clear water for a while measure the liquid inside the bag.  Note the temperature.  Then vary the temperature of the water and note any changes.  You can also hang a balloon filled with sugar water in a bottle of water and vary the temperature of the water.
