What explains the actual origin of Life?

The fine tuning of the universe supplies certain prerequistes for the existence of life anywhere in the cosmos, but it does not guarentee that life will actually arise in the universe.IN OTHER WORDS,while these finely tuned conditions are necessary conditions for life, they are not sufficient conditions for life. So do you wonder, what else is needed?

What explains the origin of life and why?

  1. It's not certain that any such finely tuned conditions are required for life to occur.  The origin of life, would be something of a misnomer, as necessarily abiogenesis begins and proceeds through a number of steps before life occurs.  There is currently no theory of abiogenesis that passes the muster of scientific inquiry.

  2. One either believes it or not but I believe that God Almighty 'Spoke' the universe into existance!

  3. First of all ! life existed before Jesus and God the Father came to the earth and found it void. They then formed the earth with a sun and a firmament.

all the host of heaven existed before this, and God called them "good".

but the book of Genesis is what says the origin of life is on planet earth.

after God created all things. on the 6th day he said there is not a man to till the land. so he made Adam from the earth. God is the origin. NOT ET, if they exist!

another misconception is that Jesus and God did all the creation work alone!

thats where the Godhead is introduced in the plural form of the Gods which said LET us create man.

  4. There are no certain prerequisites for life, just the type that is on earth.

Try reading "climbing mount impossible" the theory boiled down is that from the front the cliff is so high it looks impossible. But from behind it is a gradual slope that can be walked up. So it ceases to by Mount Impossible and just becomes Mount Improbable.

Given there are probably a hundred trillion planets out there and teh universe will last for 1000000 billion years, that's a lot of time for lots of Mount Improbables to be climbed.

  5. Dawkins knows the answer to this one!

    Aliens.

    He went to college!

  6. An ancient and mystical book filled with people who did not understand the concept of science.

  7. Abiogenesis is looking pretty good.

  8. Ask a scientist, unless "god did it" is the answer you want.

  9. Simple probability explains it. Then as soon as life exists probability for life evolving becomes 1.

Also biochemistry says protobions could of arisen in VARIOUS primordial Earth situations.

Simple cells can be created in labs.

This stuff isn't even radical thinking any more.

  10. If the universe is so "finely-tuned" then why is most of it cold empty vacuum?

  11. I object to the term "fine tuned for life" - 99.99999% of this universe is hostile to earth life. How is that fine-tuned? Whoever did the tuning should be fired.

  12. What is necessary (at least here on Earth) is God!

Gen.1 verse 1> ".... God created the heavens and the Earth."

When God spoke, things happened! Check out verses 26,27,and 28.

    Also read Genesis 2.

Nothing can survive without proper "conditions"!

Humans cannot sufficiently survive without God!! God gave us the breath we breathe and the heart that pumps our life blood.
