What extra ingredients can you add to make the best fresh lemonade ?

i would like to add a twist to it but don't know what else i could put it in ?

I have found that adding a bit of orange slices or tangerine tastes really great.  Or you could make pomegranate juice ice cubes to slowly melt into the pitcher of lemonade.  Soooooo delicious!

we keep some of the Torino Italian syrups around and add 4 oz or so to a pitcher of lemonade.  Black Cherry, Raspberry and Strawberry are all excellent.

You also make a simple syrup or water, sugar and mint leaves to make your lemonade with and give it some mint flavor.

I find simplicity the best. I zest all the lemons first and mix the sugar in with the zest then add the juice and some water. A touch of honey is quite refreshing in with it as well.

I add lime to mine.  I also have added (not at the same time though)  Strawberries, (any berry really), slices of oranges etc.  Just experiment with different types of fruit.  And save me some!!
