im c***k like that too and ive tried a lot of heavy eyeliners to make it look like that but i dont know whick make up , brand to use. can someone tell me which brand? liquid , pencil or what? thanks.

use liquid eye liner will work really good, its kinda hard to put it on at first but u get better

yeah, i'm chinky-eyed too. that's easy. apply eyeliner to both up and down of your eye. it's easy to use liquid eyeliner for the top because you can easily apply it with the use of the brush. you can make it even thicker in your eyelids. any brand will do, promise. for the lower part, just a pencil eyeliner will do. you don't need to apply too thick since it will smudge at the end of the day. i use wet and wild eyeliner, by the way.
