black liquid eyeliner then to soften it up a little use a small eyeliner brush with black eyeshadow over it! also instead of using those methods u can use a very pointed kohl eyeliner that is a little smudgy!

Both kohl and liquid liner can be used. You can use a chambor kohl pencil or a body shop liner.

ok, you should probably start with a kohl eyeliner to get the outline/shape right and then go over it in liquid eyeliner to ensure that you get a solid black line. GOSH,Barry M and MAC are probably the best brand to go for!!
