Of the fabrics that are generally deemed washable, cotton.  

If you put wool into a washing machine and dryer, it will get very, very small.  The same with rayon.

Wool and cotton must be washed in cool water, wool needs to be blocked {stretched into shape and dried flat} cotton can be air dried or dried on cool/air in the dryer.

defiantly COTTON! lol and a lot of stuff is made out of cotton. if you are going to wash and dry cotton, make sure you hang dry the cotton clothes ok?
