The best way to know what your face shape is, is to pull your hair back really tightly into a bun or something and put a hairband in, and trace around your face onto a mirror with lipstick.

I would say you have an oval shape - this is one of the best face-shapes to have as apparently most hair styles will suit you.  A bob will look good on you I think.

I would say your face is a oval shape. I would say a bob would suit your face shape however don't do a drastic cut from long straight to short straight away. Ease yourself into the cut as the change may be too much for you straight away. When you got to the salon if your hairdresser is professional she should encourage you to take the length off in stages anyway. Ask what would suit your face while there. I think some soft layers would look good on you but I don't know what your hair looks like right now.
