  1. Hi Claire,

    Mediterranean type (like me): 15

    Caucasian type w brown hair : 20

    Blonds: 25

Redheads: 50-70 (don't try to get a tan if you are a redhead)

    Enjoy

  2. at least 15

  3. Use 20-30 factor for the first 5-7 days. You will be safe for the following week.

  4. I have Irish skin and I'm using 70.  I'm still getting a little pink.  When i was down by the Med. Sea I turned red, and then tanned quickly.  Even in Istanbul I'm getting light sunburns easily - with the 70, but again, I have Irish skin that rarely sees the sun without sunscreen.

you might want to check the weather for the UV factor.  It's been 8 in Istanbul for a few days now.

  5. depends if you are fair ,pale or olive skinned . use sun oil factor 12. sun oil gives nice tan .. not cream
