  1. Let's go back to your original question:   Adv. a car for sale...

    Make, Model, Year

    Engine, Transmission

    Equipment, Options

    Mileage, overall condition

    Asking price, etc.

Anything else they will ask when calling.

  2. Here is a list of the basics:

    Year

    Make

    Model

    Mileage

It's also a good idea to list the options it has like A/C, power windows, power locks, premium sound package, moon roof, alloy rims (you know, all the stuff the dealer charges you extra for on a new car).

VERY IMPORTANT:  Give an indication of how well it runs, what shape the body and interior are in, whether you've done any work on it recently, etc.  Horsepower and engine type are only important for sports cars/high-performance cars.

  3. Include safety ratings, side curtain airbags if they are there for families with small kids also include if there are child seat attachments, seats fold down....
