What facts do u know that i can use in debate ,against censorhip?

we are doing debate about censorship, i am against it, so i need some facts, reasons in order to support my idea

when the debate starts....everyone on your side...  should put their hands over their ears and close their eyes while the other side makes their case.  Hold your position until the moderator taps your shoulder to let you know it's your turn...

Then when it's your turn, let them know that due to your own voluntary censorship of their arguments supporting censorship, you didn't hear a godamn thing they said...so you will not be able to refute their talking points specifically (in the most smartasssed manner possible of course)......   then begin to make your case against censorship.

From that point forward. everytime the ball is in their court....close your eyes and cover your ears......then ask them to repeat it....   and keep doing it until they get extremely frustrated.  The irony will present itself.

Be sure to appologize for any frustrations you may be causing, and make them aware that the only reason you are censoring them is because you don't agree with them.

If they ask you to stop doing it, then just thank them for changing their position on censorship and conceding defeat in the debate..

It's true that ideas are stronger than guns, but guns usually make up for it with a superior rate of fire.  

Be careful what you say. In order to have an honest debate about censorship, you have to first be in a free enough country to talk about it openly.  Otherwise the powers that be may only be using this forum as a pretense to find out who the trouble makers are.  

It might be wiser to just tell them it's a great idea, and hope that most people (like yourself) intuitively know better.  Viva la Pragmatist!
