Toby Keith owns race horses.  He has about 20 or more horses at various race tracks through out the US all being trained by various trainers.  He owns Dream Walkin' Farm as well.  I've watched some of his horses run in Iowa and Illinois.

T. Boone Pickens, who is currently making a splash with his TV commercials touting alternate energy sources, might just end up being a horse owner.  He recently married Madeleine Paulson, widow of the the late Alan Paulson, who owned Cigar and a bunch of other champions and stakes winners.  Madeleine still owns a few horses.
