None of them. Make your own at home:

2 cups strawberries, 1/2 cup milk, 2-3 scoops ice cream. blend, throw a little sugar in if it's too tart for your taste and serve.

i'd say mcdonald's...it doesn't taste all that much like real strawberries, but for some reason i really like the flavor, plus it's nice & thick :-)
