What feel do you get when you look at this picture?

This is for a project im working on. The photo is not mine, i need to get feedback and record what i am getting

kinda creepy just that one eye looking at you with that black background. or is that black face paint? either way........kinda spooked. makes it feel like somebody is watching you throuhg a tinny crack in the wall.

It was kinda scary at first when i saw the combination of a human eye with something black around (because the black didn't look like human).

A very intensely strange feeling, like its scary, yet something doesnt look quite right about it.
